Company profile

Our philosophy is to offer the highest quality and best value in machines with the commitment to provide the best customer service before, during and after the sales.

Our Lathes are based on own constructions, produced with DIN norms and accompanying quality services to guarantee that the norms are carried out, all machines are checked thoroughly and tested by a Test Certificate after production.

Also the accessories we offer are mainly based on own constructions.

Two generations of specialized experience in construction and in technique application ensures that our lathes are meeting all requirements, from high quality and efficient, designed from German Designers, awarded with the "Good Industrial Design".

1965 Our first constructions of Hobby Lathes has been made from Dipl. Ing. Klaus Killinger.
Later in 1970 completed the range with mechanical Copying Units to be fitted on the lathe.

1980 Construction of professional semi-automatic Copying Lathes with integrated copying slide and advancing/revolving steady rests for copying in one pass. The new "S-Class" was shown at the International Trade Fair in Munich. KM 2500 S Wood Turning Lathe, demonstrated at the Hannover Trade Fair awarded there with the "Good Industrial Design".

1990 Progress of the machinery program from heavy cast iron Hydraulic Copying Lathes, extended beds for KM 6000 S - KM 7000 S Types, up to the special Milling Lathe KM 9000 S-Hydromill working with a special saw blade for extremely heavy cuts.

All constructions are based on modern CAD Programs, for the design of our machines we engaged special designers.

All our machines are exported around the world.
Our customers are convinced from the high quality and solution, they also appreciate our fair advice and last but not least our "after sales service" - with many of our customers we have been cooperating for decades.

Production

The production is certified by the independent certification agency DQS according to DIN EN ISO 9000 ff.

State-of-the art high-tech CNC-machines, production plants, long-experienced and motivated personnel guarantees a quality result at the time required and a top quality product.

3D-measuring machines as well as accompanying quality service, including test and control certificate for all machines is a natural thing of the production.
